Bibliography Structure:

With the intent of this study to enumerate the means and methods of casting throughout history, this bibliography captures the references to the extent of the various processes, materials and examples of historical artifacts that have been referenced in the projects undertaken. In this manner, individual projects can reference the Processes, Materials and Extant References (PMER) used for the project and cross-reference the PMER that could have been utilized within the medieval times for that particular effort. This approach is necessary as there are many approaches that were utilized in period for varying art forms and specific configurations of the product.
